Auto Cosmedics Booking & Cancellation Policy At Auto Cosmedics, we take pride in providing dedicated, high-quality care for your vehicle. To ensure every customer receives our full attention, we reserve a specific time slot and technician exclusively for your appointment. Deposits & Cancellations: Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. This covers the administrative and preparation costs associated with reserving your specialized service slot. Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. Your deposit will simply move with your new booking. No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment, or failure to show up for your scheduled time, will result in the immediate forfeit of your deposit.
